Abstract:
This article aims to present the main methods and techniques of persuasion used by vendors and housing sellers to convince consumers to buy. We intend to describe the impact of every technique and method of persuasion on consumers decision and how they works, exactly how they influence the consumer decision in the moment of buying on the housing market.
