dc.description.abstract The academic course of International commercial arbitration is designed to facilitate the studies in the area of international commercial arbitration by providing a comprehensive understanding of the legal sources, futures and architecture of international commercial arbitration. The present paper provides a comprehensive information by guiding the student’s in analyzing specific subject of the academic course of ”International commercial arbitration”. In this sense, the course note intends to make a contribution to academic studies by presenting the actual information on international commercial arbitration matters. The course notes are based on theory and practice, including legal framework and case studies. The students will engage with key instruments in the area or international commercial arbitration which will contribute to development of simulation and interactive session in the process of studies.
