Abstract:
These Course Notes have been developed in accordance with the Curriculum and university curricular requirements, with the aim of developing a coherent set of knowledge, skills and specific abilities in the field of human resources management. The material aims to provide students with a solid basis for understanding the processes aimed at attracting, developing, motivating, rewarding and retaining personnel in an organization, in a strategic manner and adapted to the requirements of the external and internal environment. The course structure reflects both classical approaches and modern trends in the field. The topics covered — from job analysis and description, to strategic human resources planning, recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, professional training, career planning, to motivation and reward — are treated rigorously, clearly and applied, with an emphasis on correlating theory with the realities of organizations. The paper also includes application elements such as: benchmarks, review questions, exercises and assignments, designed to strengthen students' active learning, critical thinking and analytical skills. Through this, the course notes support the formation of a graduate profile capable of understanding and effectively managing HRM processes in a complex and dynamic organizational environment.
