In the dynamic landscape of the financial industry, where evolving trends reshape traditional banking, this study examines the impact of technological advancements the rise of FinTech companies. It explores the significance of these transformations, assessing various business models and strategic adaptation approaches for legacy banks. The research employs a comparative analysis of banking systems within an open framework, focusing on the impact of Open Banking regulations.
