Abstract:
Holocracy is a relatively new system that works in complete opposition to managerial systems. It is based on a system in which all employees are equal to each other and where there are no managers. All members participate in the management of the organization and they have the possibility to choose their own salary. Holocracy is the future of the companies that will lead to the increase of their competitivity and avenues. JEL: M1; M12; M16
