Tendințele internaționale în domeniul investițiilor străine

Abstract

Investițiile străine reprezintă plasamentele efectuate pe teritoriul unei țări de către investitorii nerezidenți. În funcție de poziția de abordare, ele sunt considerate drept forme ale investițiilor internaționale și parte a pieței internaționale de investiții. Scopul cercetării l-a constituit studierea transformărilor globale în domeniul investițiilor străine, care pot influența procesul investițional din Republica Moldova. În acest scop, au fost studiate bazele de date formate de instituțiile internaționale, precum și opiniile experților în domeniul abordat. Piața globală a investițiilor străine poate fi divizată în două segmente de bază: al investițiilor străine directe și al investițiilor străine de portofoliu. Rezultatele cercetării prezintă o importanță majoră atât din punctul de vedere al proceselor financiare globale, cât și pentru conturarea reperelor pentru perfectarea și promovarea politicii investiționale din Republica Moldova.CZU: 339.727.22(100). Depending on the approach position, they are considered as forms of international investment and part of international investment market. The aim of research was to study global transformations in the field of foreign investments, which can influence the investment process in the Republic of Moldova. For this purpose, databases formed by international institutions, as well as experts’ opinions in the approached field were studied. The global market for foreign investments can be divided in two main segments: foreign direct investments and foreign portfolio investments. The research’ results are major importance both from the point of view of global financial processes, as well as for outlining benchmarks for perfecting and promoting the investment policy in the Republic of Moldova.
