Abstract:
The actuality of this paper is generated through the specifics of the formative education promoted by the education system of Republic of Moldova: How important is the attitude in our lives and how it can help us communicate more efficiently. The purpose of the article its o provides useful information from the field of attitude for everyone of the participants of the communication to become aware of the value and to use correctly and creatively in their own activity. Research methods used in this work: observation, method of comparison, sampling, data analysis, data presentation, testing hypotheses. Experimental application of the concept of rationalization of communication through the right application of attitudes contributes to the practice value of the work. JEL: A2
