dc.description.abstract Working conditions determine human behavior, both in the production and level of work satisfaction, efficiency and other economic performance and living standards and multilateral development of man. In the age of technological and scientific revolution changes in working conditions are essentials human conceptions of optimizing these conditions. The purpose of this article is to describe influences factors of working conditions, and more specifically, of the microclimate in the design and optimization of systems ergonomics, "human - requests". en_US
