Abstract:
Mortgage loans remain an extremely important topic, as they are a central element of the financial and real estate market in the Republic of Moldova, directly influencing the population’s access to housing. The purpose of this research is to analyze the evolution of mortgage loan, how the price per square meter of housing has evolved and the factors that directly influence the real estate market. The relevance of the topic is justified by the excessive price increases in recent years, which influence the population to take out and resort mortgage loans.
