| dc.description.abstract | Digitalization of justice represents a fundamental pillar in the context of harmonizing national law with European standards, providing an appropriate framework for the modernization and efficiency of legal systems. This study analyzes in detail the impact and challenges of digitalization in the justice system of the Republic of Moldova, aiming to evaluate the extent to which these processes facilitate European legal convergence. Through a rigorous methodological approach, including comparative analysis and evaluation of national and European strategies, the research emphasizes the importance of adopting digital technologies to improve access to justice and increase institutional transparency.
