| dc.description.abstract | This article presents a comprehensive study of the optimization of business process management (BPM) systems under the influence of artificial intelligence (AI). It examines the transition from traditional hierarchical management models to flexible, adaptive, and predictive data-driven systems. Based on international practice (the U.S., the European Union, Asia), the article analyzes key areas of AI implementation, its impact on various levels of management, as well as infrastructure aspects that ensure the scalability of solutions. Special attention is given to the CoreWeave case study as an example of the formation of a new type of “computational capital.” The main barriers to AI integration are identified, and approaches to overcoming them are proposed.
