The effective integration of new employees into the organizational culture is a key factor for ensuring performance in the banking sector. In the current economic context, there is great competition in attracting and retaining competitive employees in the company. However, first of all, organizations should reduce the staff turnover rate, understanding the reason for departures and implementing stable integration strategies. This paper investigates the synergy between Agile management methodologies and the integration of new employees within maib, the leading banking institution in the Republic of Moldova. The purpose of the research is to analyze the integration process within the company Moldova-Agroindbank SA, as well as the analysis of the implementation of Agile management. The research methods used are documentary analysis, observation and survey research. The findings reveal that most employees perceive the integration process as structured and supportive, contributing positively to their adaptation and performance. At the same time, the presence of Agile management elements, such as teamwork, flexibility and continuous feedback, increases the effectiveness of integration and employee involvement. The research results demonstrate that MAIB follows a well-defined Cultural Code, which emphasizes values, organizational culture and its importance in the long-term retention of talented employees. The study emphasizes the importance of aligning organizational culture with Agile principles to improve employee performance and organizational success.
