Particular attention is paid to areas such as the digitalisation of financial processes, which includes the automation of accounting, the introduction of cloud platforms and the integration of various financial management systems. The article examines the possibilities of using big data and artificial intelligence to forecast financial risks, optimise investment decisions and improve the accuracy of financial planning. The article also highlights the development of blockchain technologies, including the use of smart contracts and decentralised financial platforms (DeFi), which contribute to increasing the transparency and security of financial transactions. Additional attention is paid to new financing models, such as crowdfunding, venture capital investment and alternative sources of capital, which expand opportunities for raising funds and reduce dependence on traditional bank loans. An important component of the analysis is the growing role of ESG factors (environmental, social and governance aspects) in shaping corporate financial strategies, which contributes to their sustainability and compliance with international standards of responsibility and transparency. The article focuses on the practical application of these innovations and analyses their potential impact on improving the efficiency of business processes, the transparency of financial reporting and the sustainability of enterprises.
