The urgent global transition toward sustainable development has catalyzed the emergence and diversification of green financing instruments. This research investigates the expansion of green financial tools—including green bonds, sustainability-linked loans, blended finance mechanisms, and climate resilience bonds—and evaluates their effectiveness in mobilizing capital for environmental and social outcomes. By examining their design, implementation, and performance across various economic contexts, the study assesses how these instruments contribute to climate mitigation, adaptation, and inclusive growth. Furthermore, it explores the integration of green finance into national and international policy frameworks, emphasizing the role of ESG metrics, digital technologies, and regulatory innovations in enhancing transparency and accountability.
