Abstract:
The goal of the foreign economic cooperation policy of the Government of the Republic of Korea is to reduce trade barriers and achieve export growth by expanding interests in areas of bilateral economic concern. Active expansion of foreign economic cooperation contributes to improving the country’s image and enhancing the competitiveness of South Korean export products. In addition, the main directions of the South Korean government’s policy on expanding foreign economic cooperation are, on the one hand, expanding measures to attract foreign companies and foreign capital to Korea, and on the other hand, encouraging the international investment activity of South Korean companies.
