dc.description.abstract The quality of service delivery is a key factor in a company's success, influencing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and reputation in the marketplace. In an increasingly competitive business environment, maintaining high quality standards in service delivery is not only a necessity but also a strategic advantage. Providing efficient and tailor- made services contributes to increasing customer confidence and long-term development of the company. In a competitive educational environment, institutions need to offer not only effective curricula, but also innovative teaching methods, well-trained teachers and resources tailored to the current needs of students. In this context, analyzing the quality of services offered by SOROBAN S.R.L. is essential to identify strengths, opportunities for improvement and strategies through which the company can ensure a high level of satisfaction among its beneficiaries. "Quality is undoubtedly one of the most important requirements of any outcome of the actions undertaken, and any activity aimed at detecting problems, assessing their influence and finding solutions to solve them is, for any educational institution, the key to progress. In addition to performance orientation and increased competitiveness, which are generic requirements, the need to introduce quality management in education is also driven by concrete and immediate requirements, such as: society's demand for efficient and transparent use of public and extra-budgetary resources allocated to education and the creation and development of a culture of quality in education, both in terms of its own staff and among its pupils.
