| dc.description.abstract | The article "Effective Solutions for Justice Reform and Fighting Corruption in the Republic of Moldova" discusses the main issues facing the Moldovan justice system and proposes ways to improve it. It emphasizes the need for profound reform, focusing on making the justice system independent, ensuring transparency in decision-making, and creating strong mechanisms for holding judges accountable. The article also presents strategies for fighting corruption, such as strengthening anti-corruption institutions, implementing strict integrity policies, and enforcing appropriate sanctions. It examines the impact of these reforms on public trust in the justice system and on economic development. In conclusion, the article proposes practical solutions to modernize the justice system and reduce corruption at all levels of public administration.
