dc.description.abstract The compatibility of national law with European Union law is a crucial challenge for the Republic of Moldova in the context of its European aspirations. This study analyzes the evolution of national legislation, the impact of European Court of Human Rights rulings, and the necessary amendments for the harmonization of domestic legal norms with the EU acquis. The importance of European jurisprudence in interpreting and applying national legislation is highlighted, facilitating the modernization of the regulatory framework.
