| dc.description.abstract | The study on time management and discipline is essential in the context of the daily challenges of an increasingly hectic work environment. This research is relevant, as these skills are crucial for improving productivity and maintaining a balance between personal and professional life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of effective time management and discipline on both individual and organizational performance. The findings show that individuals who manage their time well and maintain discipline are more productive, experienceless stress, and achieve their goals faster. Time management is characterized by efficient planning and task prioritization, while discipline is defined by self-control and perseverance in achieving long-term objectives. These skills are the key to personal and professional success, helping to develop a productive routine and sustain a healthy work-life balance.
