Abstract:
The banking system is the set of institutions, financial-banking relations, norms, infrastructures, techniques that interact in a complex way, in order to mobilize in the form of deposits and to distribute, in the form of loans, financial funds, as well as to provide facilities, including payment systems, for various economic, financial or non-financial agents, including individuals. The banking system is a component of a country's financial system. This topic is current, because the sustainable and efficient economic development and growth of a state is possible only with a successful activity of the financial-banking sector.
