Reorganization is a complex legal operation of transferring rights and obligations by succession from an existing legal entity to a successor legal entity that exists or was born through reorganization. the merger entails the dissolution, without the liquidation of the legal person that disappears with the universal transmission of its patrimony to the beneficiary legal entities.
