Abstract:
Currently, there is a significant increase in the impact of technology development, automation, as well as acceleration of processes on the activities of an organization. In this regard, the need to change approaches to doing business and management systems in particular becomes obvious. Traditional, standard methods of management systems are becoming less effective. This paper presents the key aspects of digitalization and methods of adapting organization management systems to digital transformation. The results of the influence of automation processes on the results of the enterprise are revealed. JEL: M190.
