dc.description.abstract The evolution of management systems paradigms is in step with the development of companies and society as well as the values and perceptions of theoretical and applied management. Sustainable development has been and continues to be a major concern for companies and society, although the emphasis has not historically been on combining sustainable and economic development. The existence of a management system or several parallel systems depends on the degree of integration and functionality of the management system. The functionality of the management system is conditioned by the involvement of the company's management and employees. JEL: M1 Business Administration. en_US
