Abstract:
This article tries to outline an overview of what a student's individual work as part of higher education according to the Bologna Process. It presents related problems of organization and evaluation of work (involving the teachers, students and the university as a whole) in order to focus on student needs and ensure a quality education based on the accumulation of skills, relevant to the post study activity.
