Abstract

Identifying the impact of social networks on interpersonal relationships, detecting the frequency and purpose of their use, revealing the importance and essence of social networks based on information from various sources and opinions, views and public interests. The research is focused on presenting the benefits of using social networks in creating and maintaining, developing relationships; disadvantages of social networks in interpersonal communication; as well as presenting a result of the conducted survey on people of different ages and genders. Social media has both a positive and a negative impact on our lives whether we use it for communication, playing games, learning or creating relationships. JEL: O35, L8
