dc.description.abstract National legislation has undergone several changes over the past five years, which influenced the commercial sector. Thanks to the collaboration with the European Union commercial sector gained more attention heightened for activities aimed at the development of society, increased attention to the social needs of people all represent a step towards future progress of a modern state. One of the major changes was the introduction percentage of descriptions that can be given the benefit of non organizaţiilora. We analyze emphasized this introduction to highlight its strengths and weaknesses. In this article we used the method to analyze the sources of information mass-media and local laws and the guidelines developed for members of non-commercial sector. JEL: M41 en_US
