The concept has become a very important element for the companies, as the purpose for implementing it is business excellence. Do we need corporate governance in Romania? What is the opinion of professionals regarding the need and benefits of CG? In this article we will try to show you the perception of professionals regarding the CG in Romania (concept, main beneficiary, level of normalization, agency problems) and finally to determine what future expectations are for CG development.
