Abstract:
Actuality and importance of the research topic. Entrepreneurship education at upper secondary level has become, in both Romania and the Republic of Moldova, a priority direction of education policy, driven by the pressures of a knowledge-based economy [6; 14; 20; 21]. Several
comparative analyses (OECD, Eurostat, the European Commission) show a close link between
how well these competences are formed in school and a country's later performance in innovation and entrepreneurship [16; 17; 31]. The goals of education are visibly shifting: entrepreneurial competence is no longer a marginal topic but has become a strategic factor in individual and socioeconomic development [30; 36]. It now ranks among the key competences of the European framework for lifelong learning, and instruments such as EntreComp give it a concrete operational shape [2; 4]. CZU: 005.21:373.61(498+478)
