| dc.description.abstract | Introducing measures to make the salary system transparent and to require all employers to use a fair job evaluation system. The confidential nature of the salary provided for by law appears to be a major obstacle to ensuring the transparency of payment and implicitly the application of the principle of equal pay in practice. The confidentiality of the salary makes it very difficult to initiate a complaint in the field of equal pay, because employees usually do not have clear information about the salary gap. Such a situation greatly vulnerabilities employees and discourages access to justice in cases of violation of the principle of equal pay.
