Abstract

In a world shaped by accelerating globalization, mounting environmental limits, and intensifying social expectations, the governance of corporations has become both more complex and more consequential. The course support in the form of Course Notes for the discipline International Corporate Governance and Sustainability responds directly to this new reality. It is worked out for master’s students of the Program International Business and Law of the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. However, it provides the conceptual and methodological framework for all master’s students who are interested in understanding the essentials of the Corporate Governance at international scale toward Sustainability in order to be more effective in their participation in the decision-making process at various levels in alignment of their future professional career.
