| dc.description.abstract | Adult education in the field of accounting and finance represents a key pillar in the development of human capital and the strengthening of economic culture in the Republic of Moldova. In the context of economic transformations, digitalization, and increasingly complex fiscal requirements, the role of trainers becomes crucial. This study analyzes the professional training needs of trainers working in the accounting and taxation field, the key competencies required for effective adult education, and the challenges encountered in adapting the educational process to the current demands of the labor market. The research aims to identify best practice models, propose innovative methodological solutions, and contribute to the development of a coherent framework for training trainers in adult financial education.
