Abstract:
This article emphasize how crucial managerial control and accounting are to managing material inventories, with a special focus on the ABC method of material classification and the challenges related to fuel management. Efficient inventory management is a key element for the success of any organization, and accounting and management control provide the necessary tools to monitor, plan, and optimize resource utilization.
