Abstract:
In the contemporary era, information technologies have become an essential pillar of everyday life, significantly
influencing interactions and the way business is conducted. In this context, the internet has rapidly evolved to become a universal medium of communication, a source of information and a popular channel for the consumption of goods and services. This change has affected various economic sectors, including the tourism industry.
Internet technologies are being actively introduced into the activities of modern businesses in the tourism industry. The Internet is used in practically all the main business processes of tourism companies, starting from searching and
