| dc.description.abstract | The study examines the importance of foreign direct investment (FDI) to the world economy, highlighting the key role it plays in global growth and development. It highlights how FDI contributes to innovation, development and strengthening international ties, in particular the US-China relationship. Mutual investment between these two nations is presented as a pillar of bilateral economic relations, fostering technological progress and economic sustainability. Reciprocal investment between China and the US demonstrates how politics and economics influence bilateral decisions and their long-term impact contributes to strategic development. Continued analysis of the impact of FDI on innovation and technology between these countries will be key to understanding global economic dynamics.
