Abstract: The aim of the research is to emphasize the importance and effectiveness of content marketing. Content marketing is important, not only because it contributes to building trust, attracting potential customers and cultivating customer loyalty, but because it has become the new standard for the consumer. Study has shown that through content marketing we learn who we are addressing. Today, almost all online marketers use content marketing - 91% of B2B marketers and 86% of B2C. JEL: M310, M370
