Abstract: The role of a professional HR department is to help the organization evolve, solve conflicts, show off when there are slippages and help eliminate them. HR is a strategic partner of the company's leadership. By developing strategies, it can help change the organization so that it better adapts to the environment in which it operates. In conclusion, HR needs to maintain a balance between its various roles: business partner, internal consultant, operational and administrative expert, and ... lawyer for both employees and the employer.
