dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this notice is to offer guidance on cooperation between national courts and the Commission in the State aid field. The notice does not in any way limit the rights conferred on Member States, individuals or undertakings by Community law. It is without prejudice to any interpretation of Community law which may be given by the Court of Justice and the Court of First Instance of the European Communities. Finally, it does not seek to interfere in any way with the fulfillmentl by national courts of their duties. The aim of the paper is to highlight the role and importance of the problems that arise in the state aid management process. The methods of systemic and analytical research have been applied to the subject. The work will have a positive impact on the establishment of exceptions related to the application of Law no. 139 of 15.06.2012 on state aid.en_US
