Conţinutul şi efectele contractelor de furnizare a resurselor energetice consumatorilor finali

Abstract

Even if the national regulations offer the consumer the possibility to freely choose the supplier, energy service provider and contract with him, in fact the energy market in the Republic of Moldova remains un liberalized and consumers are unable to choose their suppliers. In this respect, it is imperative to ensure a high level of consumer protection, in particular with regard to transparency regarding general contractual conditions, general information and dispute settlement mechanisms. By the very content of the contract can be provided those clauses, consent, capacity, object, which make it valid, a similar condition as, in fact, in the case of the civil sale-purchase contract, which will create future effects for both parties.
