Repere ale evoluţiei industriei româneşti = Aspects of the Romanian Industry Developmen

Abstract

În acest articol, autorii au urmărit să analizezeun interval mai lung de timp, începând din1948 (când, în România, a avut loc procesul denaționalizare a întreprinderilor industriale, bancare,de asigurări, miniere și de transport) șipână în zilele noastre. În acest context, autoriiîncearcă să sugereze, prin studiul cifrelor, datelorși cadrului legislativ, pas cu pas, cum a evoluatși de ce industria românească se află, înprezent, la stadiul pe care îl are. Se fac referirila condițiile care au condus la procesul denaționalizare a industriei și a altor proprietăţiprivate din economia națională, ajungându-se laconcluzia că, în anul 1989, economia Românieiera complet etatizată, iar industria era dezvoltatădupă alte criterii decât cel al eficiențeieconomice. Astfel, unul dintre criterii era acelaal repartizării uniforme pe întreg teritoriul țăriia unor obiective industriale care să asigureutilizarea forței de muncă. JEL: H13, L16, P26.

In this context, the authors try tosuggest through the study of the figures, the dataand the legislative framework, step by step, howit evolved and why the Romanian industry iscurrently at the stage it is. There are referencesto the conditions that led to the process of nationalizationof the industry and of other privateproperties in the national economy, concludingthat in 1989 the Romanian economy was fullystaged and the industry was developed accordingto other criteria than the economic efficiency.Thus, one of the criteria was the uniform distributionthroughout the country of industrialobjectives to ensure the use of labour force.
