Abstract: The quality of grownproductsis a necessitythatdeterminesthe state of humanhealth. The tea contain of suchbiologically active substancesthathave curative propertiesisveryused in alimentation. Currentresearchedetermines quality of somecategories of tea marketed in Republic of Moldova bydeterminingcaffeine, tanninand rutine as a quality index.
