The success of a business largely depends on its ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changes in the external environment. To do this, businesses need effective management tools to evaluate their position in the market, analyze evolving trends, and anticipate potential problems that may threaten operations. Leasing is a viable and efficient option for driving economic development in Moldova. The government and economic actors must collaborate to create an environment conducive to investment, promoting innovation and sustainability across all sectors of the economy. In Moldova, leasing is increasingly seen as a solution to the challenge of financing business growth, particularly for businesses seeking to expand and modernize production without relying on high-interest loans. Leasing is a vital tool for businesses in Moldova, providing access to modern equipment with minimal initial capital and supporting business expansion and modernization efforts. However, the financial culture of local businesses needs improvement to fully benefit from leasing opportunities, and more efforts are needed to create a supportive fiscal environment for operational leasing.
