Abstract: In this article, we examine the most important qualities of a leader's personality, particularly charisma, responsibility, strategic thinking, and communication skills. A successful leader is not only a charismatic figure but also a multifaceted personality that combines a range of characteristics necessary for effective leadership and organizational success. An effective leader must be able to make informed decisions, adapt to changes, and build a resilient team. Our research and examples from the literature demonstrate that the right combination of these qualities contributes to creating an atmosphere of trust and mutual understanding, leading to high performance. A modern leader must not only be a professional in their field but also a person capable of inspiring, delegating, and managing effectively under stress and instability.
