Abstract: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed decision-making processes and operational efficiency across sectors like education, logistics, construction, and marketing. This research explores AI’s impact, focusing on its role in enhancing productivity, accuracy, and innovation. A qualitative approach is used, analyzing existing literature and case studies to showcase AI applications. Key findings show that AI optimizes repetitive tasks, enhances resource allocation, accelerates discoveries, and personalizes learning. In logistics and production, AI improves supply chain efficiency and predictive maintenance. The study concludes that AI amplifies human labor, driving operational effectiveness and innovation.
