Abstract: This article aims to analyze how sustainability has been implemented in Kaufland Moldova’s projects and to highlight the impact of these actions on the community, the local economy, and the environment. Using a qualitative research method, the article explores concrete initiatives, partnerships, and measurable results that demonstrate responsible corporate behavior. Key areas include education on food waste prevention, environmental protection through innovative technology and green mobility, as well as support for vulnerable communities. The findings show that strategic investment in sustainability leads to long-term positive changes, aligning with the global Sustainable Development Goals.
