Abstract: | Nowadays we can observe the impact of global economic change on commercial ownership strategies, how internationalization and globalization have transformed business operations and ownership structures. Businesses today must adapt quickly to new market opportunities, reduce risks and optimize resources through strategic ownership management. The study explores the role of strategic management in enabling enterprises to remain competitive in the face of geopolitical instability, technological progress and changing consumer behavior. Through strategic planning, organizations can develop flexible strategies to cope with regional economic and political pressures while capitalizing on market opportunities. The purpose of this research is to outline a framework for adopting innovative and sustainable management strategies that support long-term organizational success in an increasingly dynamic and interconnected international environment.
