Abstract: Each country defines its specificity through a unique combination of culture, mentality and values, which gives it authenticity and supports it in developing at its own rhythm and in its own way. Through this study, we aimed to analyze this issue, to point out the cultural differences between countries and the impact of the economic models applied in each country. The scientific method used is comparative analysis, based on the "COUNTRY COMPARISON TOOL", through which we identified and interpreted the way of being of the people in Norway and Germany along six cultural dimensions.
