dc.description.abstract | This article explores modern trends in human resource management influenced by the growing presence of Millennials and Generation Z in the labor market. The research aims to identify key shifts in employee expectations, analyze successful corporate practices, and offer strategic recommendations. The methods used include case study analysis, comparative approaches, and qualitative surveys based on current labor market reports. The results show that flexibility, corporate transparency, emotional well-being, inclusive leadership, and social responsibility are crucial for attracting and retaining talent from these generations. Furthermore, digital tools, remote collaboration, and project-based learning are transforming professional development and internal communication. Companies that embrace these principles and invest in cultural transformation are more likely to remain competitive, resilient, and innovative in the rapidly evolving digital era, while those resistant to change may face increased staff turnover and reputational risk.
