| dc.description.abstract | Business relationships can only be strong and successful if they follow certain values and take various aspects into account. One important aspect is understanding cultural differences and the particularities of each country. Through this study, we have set out to analyse the issue, to highlight the cultural differences between countries and their impact through the process of globalisation and glocalisation. The scientific method used is the comparative analysis, based on the "COUNTRY COMPARISON TOOL", due to which we managed to identify and describe the people of Spain and the Republic of Moldova through six cultural dimensions.
