dc.description.abstractThe paper "ETHICS IN BUSINESS AND INTERNATIONAL CULTURAL DIFFERENCES" summarizes the main rules and good manners in Germany, France, Romania, Japan and cultural differences on an international level. Thus, we have carried out a diagnostic analysis of business people from the respective countries and their behaviors. Business ethics or business ethics is a discipline within applied ethics that deals with the moral analysis of how economic agents (firms, shareholders, employees, buyers, etc.) act.
