Abstract: | The article discusses the purchasing decision-making process, personality types and, based on analysis, the influence of personality types on the decision-making process for purchasing jewelry. The article also presents the stages that every person goes through when making a purchase decision, classification of personality type, data and analysis of the survey. Research and consideration of the topic of the influence of personality type on the decision-making process regarding the purchase of jewelry is relevant, since rapidly changing market trends and consumer preferences oblige companies to adapt using a customer-oriented policy and an individual approach.
